Yum mama with Thai Chili Paste

Ingredients

  • Arabiki sausage NH Foods (Thai chili or Garlic and fresh pepper)

    as needed (any flavors)

  • Instant noodle

    3-4 pcs.

  • Thai chili

    as needed

  • Thai Chili Paste

    1 small cup

  • Culantro

    as needed

  • shallots

    as needed

  • chopped onion

    1 -2 pcs.

  • Sugar

    2 teaspoons

  • fish sauce

    2 teaspoons

  • monosodium glutamate

    1/2 teaspoons

  • tomato

    as needed

Cooking Instructions

  1. Blanch the noodles in boiling water for a few minutes. Then take the noodles and rest them in a bowl.
  2. Boil the entire bag of NH Foods Arabiki sausage for about 1 minute.
  3. The next step is to make the salad dressing, starting with adding chopped chilies. Brown fish sauce, chili paste, chopped shallots, lime juice, stir the ingredients together.
  4. Add Arabiki sausage and prepared boiled noodles. Then stir well.
  5. Sprinkle culantro to add color and aroma. Stir well and it's done.
  6. Ready to serve delicious Thai style menu!
