  • water

    1 cup

  • Kua Kling curry paste

    to taste

  • 1 stalk lemongrass

    (sliced)

  • 3–4 kaffir lime leaves

    (torn or sliced)

  • 3–4 red bird’s eye chilies

    (sliced)

  • Fresh peppercorns

    (a small amount)

  • fish sauce

    1 tbsp

Cooking Instructions
