Ingredients

  • Steamed Chicken Breast Chili and Lime Flavor (sliced or finely shredded)

    3 packs

  • Small Tomatoes (halved)

    100 grams

  • Garlic

    5 cloves

  • Shallots

    3 bulbs

  • Fish Sauce

    1 tablespoon

  • Sugar

    1/2 tablespoon

  • Seasoning Powder

    1/2 teaspoon

  • Nam Prik Noom (Northern Thai green chili dip)

    1 cup (for authentic Northern flavor)

  • Various Side Vegetables

    As desired

Cooking Instructions

  1. Pound garlic, shallots, and dried chilies together until smooth and well combined.
  2. Heat a pan with a little oil, then sauté the chopped garlic until fragrant.
  3. Add the pounded spice mixture to the pan and stir-fry until aromatic. Then add the chopped chicken and mix well.
  4. Add 3 packs of diced NH Foods chili lime steamed chicken breast to the pan and stir until well combined.
  5. Add halved small tomatoes and stir until the tomatoes soften and release their juices.
  6. Season with fish sauce, sugar, and seasoning powder. Stir until everything is well mixed and the sauce thickens.
  7. Serve on a plate, garnished with parsley, side vegetables, and spicy chili dip for an authentic Northern Thai flavor.
