Cooking Instructions
First, prepare the dough by putting wheat flour, rice flour, baking powder, and salt (in the proportions specified in the ingredients) in a prepared bowl. Mix the ingredients together.
Then, crack the eggs into the bowl, followed by the sugar. Mix the ingredients until the sugar dissolves. Pour in the fresh milk and add the prepared flour, dividing it into 2-3 portions (in the proportions specified in the ingredients). Mix the ingredients together. Wrap the flour in plastic wrap and let it rest for 1 hour.
Prepare the Arabiki sausage: Cut the Arabiki sausage in half. Skewer the first half of the sausage. For the second half, we will make squid tentacles by cutting the sausage into 4 strips (the cuts do not have to be deep). You can make the amount as you want.
Next step, heat up a pan, add a large amount of oil for frying, wait until the oil is hot.
Take the halved sausage and skewer it on the prepared meatball stick. Coat it with flour and dip it in the hot oil. Tilt it at a 45 degree angle and turn it into a ball. Let the flour cook until it turns golden brown. Then coat it with flour again and place it in the oil to fry again. You can coat, fry and turn it like this about 3 times to get the right size.
Skewer the squid tentacles on a stick, then apply flour to the joints of the two parts so that they stick together when fried.
Then put it in the oil to fry again. Rotate the squid stick back and forth so that the body and head of the squid connect. Place it on a plate with absorbent paper. You can make the amount as desired.
Serve as a snack! You can eat it plain or with ketchup, it's delicious and ready to serve as a cute and delicious menu!!
