From late September to early October 2025, several areas in Phitsanulok Province were severely affected by flooding, including the homes of 20 employees of Thai Nippon Foods Co., Ltd., Phitsanulok branch.
The company, through the Happy 8 Well-being & Moral Organization Committee, recognized the difficulties faced by employees who are regarded as part of one family.
An assessment was conducted between September 27 and October 3, 2025, to identify the essential needs of each affected household.
Based on the survey results, the company arranged and delivered rice, dried food, eggs, clean drinking water, and other necessary daily supplies directly to the employees and their families impacted by the flood.
This activity was carried out as part of the🌿 “Happy 8 & Moral Organization” Project
which aims to promote happiness, compassion, and a sense of unity within our workplace. In particular, this initiative reflects the principles of
🌸 Happy Heart (Happiness from Within) and 🌏 Happy Society (Kindness and Social Responsibility)
reflect the unity and collective spirit of everyone involved — from management and team members, to supervisors who closely monitored and shared updates about employees’ situations, as well as colleagues who extended their care and support.
Together, they have created a warm and compassionate bond within the Thai Nippon Foods family.
💬 “The true strength of an organization begins with hearts that never abandon each other in times of hardship.”
The company with happy 8 & moral organization taskforces sincerely thanks all those who contributed to this effort—whether by joining the field support, preparing relief packages, or offering words of encouragement.
This act of compassion demonstrates once again that Thai Nippon Foods is not only committed to producing good food for life,
but also to cultivating a society of kindness and moral strength that grows hand in hand with our people.
